So far, ten Who fans have redeemed their cancelled tickets to a 1979 concert in Providence, RI for fresh tickets to see the band when it plays the city’s Dunkin Donuts Center February 26, 2013 as part of their upcoming Quadrophenia tour, according to the Providence Journal. The 1979 show was cancelled in the wake of the tragic Cincinnati gig two weeks earlier where 13 fans lost their lives in a stampede to get standing room near the stage.
