Mark David Chapman, the admitted killer of John Lennon, is again up for parole this week, a Corrections Department spokesperson said. Spokeswoman Linda Foglia said Chapman will face the parole board sometime this week, with a decision to be announced Thursday or Friday. Chapman has been denied parole six times. He pleaded guilty to second-degree murder in 1981 and was sentenced to 20 years to life.
