Rock’s version of the Hatfield and McCoy feud, Sammy Hagar and Eddie Van Halen, could end tomorrow IF Eddie apologized to Sammy, Hagar says. The Red Rocker told Vegas Rocks, “I could get along with Alex Van Halen. Obviously, Mike Anthony and I are dearest friends… But Ed – he turned on me. As far as I’m concerned Ed owes me an apology…because what happened on that tour in 2004 was some of the most miserable, backstabbing, dark crap I’ve ever been involved with my whole life. So until he comes around and says, ‘Dude, I’m sorry. I was an a**hole, I was wrong, and I want to be friends again…’ I would be there in a second, all forgiveness, just like that.”
