    To paraphrase Emerson; if cool breezes were made for feeling, then drunken roadside nudity is its own excuse for being. At least that's the rationale of a naked stroller arrested early Saturday morning Heidelberg Township. Police were called to the area after a motorist reported a naked man jumped in front of his car at the intersection of Orefield Road and Yingling Drive around 4:30am.
