    Taylor Swift will host her <em>Speak Now&hellip; Help Now</em> benefit concert for tornado relief Saturday at Nashville&rsquo;s <em>Bridgestone Arena</em>.&nbsp;The superstar is opening her final dress rehearsal for the U.S. leg of her tour to 13-thousand fans, giving them a once-in-a-lifetime sneak peek at the show. <em>&ldquo;Because it is actually a true dress rehearsal, there might be some fine tuning, there might be some things we&rsquo;ll have to do over again&hellip;I can imagine that it might be a very, very true dress rehearsal, but I don&rsquo;t care&mdash;it&rsquo;s worth it to raise money for people who really need it right now.&rdquo;</em>&nbsp;All proceeds from the show will go directly to the victims of the recent tornadoes.&nbsp;Taylor kicks off the U.S. portion of her <em>Speak Now</em> tour on May 27<sup>th</sup> in Omaha, Nebraska.
