    Glenn Allen Lowery Sr., 69, of Somerset, died April 25, 2013 at his home. Born June 30, 1943 in Corriganville, Md., the son of Raymond and Martha Lowery. Preceded in death by parents; wife, the former Charlotte Ann Mayhew who died Feb. 6, 2011; son, Kenneth L. Lowery; and granddaughter Melanie Grace Raley. Survived by children: Glenn A. Lowery Jr. and companion, Constance Seaman, of Cumberland, Md.; Benjamin F. Raley Jr. and wife Lesa of Garrett; Jeffrey A. Raley and wife Bethany of Somerset; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; brother and sisters: Gene Lowery of Boyds, Md.; Paulette Lint and Pauline Stewart, both of Barrelville, Md.; and Sandy Moore of Corriganville, Md. Glenn was owner/operator of Glenn Lowery Contracting Inc. He was a life member of Somerset Volunteer Fire Department. He loved his two dogs Princeton and Sheba. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, where services will be conducted at 1 p.m. Sunday with the Rev. Steven Leydig officiating. Interment Porter Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Somerset Humane Society, P.O. Box 182, Somerset, PA 15501. A fire department service will be conducted at 7 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. www.haugerzeigler.com.
