UPDATE: Police release identity of man arrested after crashing motorcycle
Police blocked Cleveland Road between 933 and Riverside Drive after a chase led to a motorcycle crash at Kenilworth Tuesday night. On Wednesday afternoon police released that man's name and jail booking photo.
