    <span style=&quot;font-size: small;">They do say that behind every great man is a great woman, and the case is no different for Luke Bryan. The Georgia native says that is wife, Caroline, helped pick two of his <em>Tailgates &amp; Tanlines</em> album&rsquo;s stand-out tracks: &ldquo;Too Damn Young&rdquo; and &ldquo;You Don&rsquo;t Know Jack.&rdquo; <em>&ldquo;The first time I heard them, Caroline was sitting right there and she was like, &lsquo;Oh, wow.&rsquo; I mean, we both fell in love with them, and then, I actually recorded a song that I wrote, that she just did not like&hellip;ya know, lyrically, what it was saying. And then it didn&rsquo;t make the album, just because she was right on the money. So, any time you got people that know you helping you through the process it helps the album become better.&rdquo; </em>And a good thing he listened, Luke is currently enjoying the album&rsquo;s second week atop of the <em>Billboard Country Albums</em> chart. He will also headline <em>CMT On Tour:&nbsp; Luke Bryan Tailgates and Tanlines,</em> which kicks off September 15<sup>th</sup> in Huntington, West Virginia.&nbsp;</span>

  5. Montgomery Gentry's Father's Day Show

    Montgomery Gentry is hosting a free concert this Father&rsquo;s Day at <em>Turner Field</em> in Altanta, Georgia. The performance will be part of Sunday&rsquo;s <em>Atlanta Braves</em> game against the <em>Texas Rangers </em>and is part of <em>Major League Baseball</em>&rsquo;s initiative to promote prostate cancer awareness and prevention.&nbsp;<em>&ldquo;We have had a battle with that in Montgomery Gentry&rsquo;s camp with Eddie not long ago.   7. Former Kenny Rogers Esate For Sale

    <strong>&nbsp;</strong>A home once owned by country legend Kenny Rogers is now up for sale. The 973-acre estate in Athens, Georgia has since been owned by a real estate investor who recently passed away. Now, the land known as <em>Beaver Dam Farms</em> <em>Resort </em>is back on the market with a 20-million dollar price tag. The home itself is 12-thousand square feet and includes a total of 20 bedrooms between the main house and six guest homes on the property. There&rsquo;s also a private, 18-hole golf course, three lakes, two gyms, two pools, a movie theater, conference room and an equestrian facility. According to the <em>Wall Street Journal</em>, Kenny has owned and sold at least ten homes over the years.

  9. Scotty McCreery Wins American Idol

    <span style=&quot;line-height: 150%; font-size: 14pt;">Country crooner Scotty McCreery, the pride of Garner, North Carolina, is the newest <em>American Idol</em> after a record-breaking 122-million votes were cast. A tearful Scotty sang his debut single, &ldquo;I Love You This Big,&rdquo; as the confetti fell at the <em>Nokia Theater LA Live</em> on Wednesday night. <em>&ldquo;I got to thank the Lord first,&rdquo;</em> Scotty said after winning. <em>&ldquo;He got me here.&rdquo;</em> Scotty beat out Georgia-native Lauren Alaina to win the <em>Idol</em> crown. Before the results were read Lauren sang &ldquo;Before He Cheats&rdquo; with her idol, Carrie Underwood and Scotty was joined by Tim McGraw on stage for a duet of &ldquo;Live Like You Were Dying&rdquo;. </span>
