    The junior point guard led the Clippers to their first state championship, scoring 28 points with 8 assists and 6 steals in an 86-75 victory over Thomas Stone in Saturday's Class 3A final. On Thursday night,Carr scored 24 points in a 70-46 semifinal win over Tuscarora, 70-46. He has averaged 24.5 points and 5 assists this season.
