1. Ravens may have a 'situation' mapping out their offensive priorities

It's a great problem to have to solve.
It's a great problem to have to solve. In fact, let's not call it a problem, but a situation. It will be interesting to see how the Ravens offense evolves in 2013, because a lot of the featured players are going into their peak years. Once Jim...

5. Ravens news, notes and opinions on Ayanbadejo, Thompson, Te'o and more

I mentioned this on my Twitter account, but I wanted to go into a little more detail here. Eight of the nine oldest Ravens – and the six oldest overall - from the team that won the Super Bowl two months ago are no longer under contract with the team. That group includes Ray Lewis (37, retired), Bobbie Williams (36, released), Matt Birk (36, retired), Brendon Ayanbadejo (36, will be released), Ed Reed (34, signed with Houston), Ma’ake Kemoeatu (34, free agent), Bryant McKinnie (33, free agent) and Anquan Boldin (32, traded to San Francisco). The only exception is cornerback Chris Johnson, the 33-year-old who re-signed with the Ravens last month. Johnson and fullback Vonta Leach (31) are currently the two oldest players on the team and the only players on the roster over the age of 30.

I couldn’t help but notice a couple of trends with the Ravens’ four offseason additions so far.
I couldn’t help but notice a couple of trends with the Ravens’ four offseason additions so far. First, the Ravens signed four players who were cut by other teams this past offseason. Why is that significant, other than the chips they might...

9. Ravens players aren't worried about heavy turnover on roster

<span class="runtimeTopic">Torrey Smith has heard it before. 11. Why is Baltimore standing by while the Ravens turn into the Florida Marlins of football?

What is wrong with this town? I know there are tons of people out there in Baltimore who are as angry at what just happened to our <a href="http://www.baltimoresun.com/superbowl/">Super Bowl team as I am, but where is their voice?

23. Ravens have a tough call to make with Vonta Leach

With the start of NFL free agency 11 days away and all of the team’s unrestricted free agents remaining unsigned, the Ravens could soon make tough roster cuts to create more cap space. This is not an easy thing for the front office to do in any year, but especially so after lifting the Lombardi Trophy just a few weeks ago.
