  1. At Casino, Sun Betting On Anne Donovan

There is a small yet uncomfortable — even agonizing — difference between winning big and winning it all. On Thursday, a day when she was named the coach of the Connecticut Sun, Anne Donovan insisted she's comfortable squeezing all 6 feet 8 of her frame into that tight space.

  9. Our House, Our Team, Our Time

I remember sitting at the Fieldhouse about three years ago when the Indiana Fever and Phoenix Mercury were playing for the WNBA Championship. It was game three of the best-of-five series. It was late in the game, a time out had just been called and the crowd of 18,000 plus was simply off the wall loud and raucous. I remember looking around thinking to myself that if the Fever won that game there would be no way they would be denied winning a championship even though they were playing one of the best teams around that year - Phoenix.

  11. Tamika Catchings: Worth Her Weight In Gold

I remember the first time I meet Tamika Catchings. She seemed like a happy-go-lucky type of gal who just enjoyed playing basketball. To look at her was really nothing special. She is only about 6'1" with a slender build. If you put her in a line with other ladies, she could pass for a school teacher or PR person for a company.
