 Pennsylvania State Police released the names of the three children who died in a fatal crash in Lancaster County on Monday afternoon.  Twins, 16 year old  Kyle and Jordan Martin, along with their sister nine year old Joelyn were all pronounced dead at the scene by the Lancaster County Coroner's Office. All three were seatbelted passengers in a 1997 Subaru Impreza that crashed into a 2008 Toyota Prius in the area of 2199 Lebanon Road, Route 72, in Rapho Township.

    State Police said today that the fire truck driver that fatally hit a Carlisle woman earlier this month will not be charged for her death.
