  1. The goal of fathering: Passing on sacred truths that bring positive impact

I will never forget Mother's Day 1997. Ironically, it was the first day that I took responsibility as a father — sort of my first Father's Day. My oldest son, Jared, was born two days prior, and now it was my role to safely transport both babe and mother home.

  11. Spectacles that bring better lives

One time a while back, I went to the gym to fit in my regular workout and realized that I was missing an important piece of equipment — my contact lenses. For some reason, when packing my bag that day, the thought of seeing while I worked out did not occur to me even though for me, not being able to see is aggravating. But since I was there, I got dressed and began my exercise routine anyway.
