    Spiaggia chef Sarah Grueneberg didn’t win the title on “Top Chef: Texas,” but she did make an impressive showing on last night’s finale. The judges said that her and winner Paul Qui’s food was perhaps the best in the show’s history, and that the margin between them was slim. I spoke with Grueneberg by phone from New York, where she had just watched the finale and appeared on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live” the night before.
