    Ben Affleck appeared in Washington yesterday to meet with Hillary Clinton and John Kerry about violence in the Congo. Affleck is founder of the Eastern Congo Initiative, which seeks to curb the massive number of killings in that country (5 million in 14 years). Despite his best efforts to downplay such claims, rumors are now surfacing that Affleck may run for Senate in the state of Massachusetts.
