    Lincoln County PVA David Gambrel introduced U.S. Representative Ben Chandler at the Lincoln County Fiscal Court meeting Monday morning, but before he did, he spoke of an issue that is of interest to both Republicans and Democrats, the results of the 2010 census. &ldquo;We are at an important time in Lincoln County; we are facing redistricting,&rdquo; he said. Though they might not agree on much, Gambrel, a Democrat, repeated something that Kentucky Senate President David Williams said on a campaign stop in Lincoln County last fall about Lincoln County being split into two congressional districts, &ldquo;We are a small county.
