  3. Man Attacks Mom Over Bacon

    <span style=&quot;font-size: small;">A Pittsfield, Massachusets man police say attacked his mother after she yelled at him for eating bacon has been sentenced to four months in jail. Christopher Rougeau was sentenced after pleading guilty last week to misdemeanor assault and battery and felony witness intimidation. Prosecutors say the 19-year-old man pushed his mother last December, grabbed her by the throat and knocked her to the ground, then disabled a phone she was trying to use to call for help. Police say the attack was sparked when Rougeau&rsquo;s mother came home and found him eating a large plate of bacon that she had been saving for a special breakfast later in the week.</span>
