    Tom Forberg is the Disney Cruise Line's go-to captain. He has helmed all four of the company's ships, beginning with the Magic in 1998, the Wonder in '99, the Dream last year and the Fantasy, which makes its maiden voyage out of Port Canaveral Saturday. The Fantasy offers seven-night cruises with stops in the Caribbean and Castaway Cay, Disney's private island. Forberg, 64, guides the ship and the 1,500 workers on board.
