  3. Deciding whether you are in or out?

In 1944 a soft tap is heard on the farmhouse door in occupied France. Cautiously, the door is cracked open and there, leaning on the door frame is a dirty and disheveled airman who pleads with his eyes for admittance. Ah, did someone see him come to the door? Is this a deliberate trap laid to expose those who fought in clandestined ways to defeat the Nazi regime who ruled France? Is the door shut in the disallowed entrance of one who appears to need help? Or, is he welcomed to receive care, food, and rest? The answer is either yes or no. Put another way, are you in or out?
