    A revived animal shelter is open for business in Carrie Underwood&rsquo;s hometown of Checotah, Oklahoma. The new building is thanks in part to Carrie&rsquo;s <em>Checotah Animal Town and School Foundation</em>, which helped fund the project and in the past has supported spaying and neutering at the shelter.
