  3. Lebanon City braces for Hurricane Sandy

    According to the National Weather Service and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, Sandy is a category 2 Hurricane with sustained winds of 105 mile per hour winds over the Bahamas at 2 p.m. heading northward at 20 miles per hour. Significant weather should begin in Pennsylvania Sunday night. The track and how it interacts with approaching frontal systems is still highly uncertain. Major impacts statewide are possible from late Sunday through Wednesday.
