    As summer reaches its peak, be careful not to neglect your beautiful containers. Deadhead flowers and remove leaves that are yellow or turning brown. The plants are at their maximum growth and will need daily watering and weekly fertilizer. Planters placed in a sunny location for several hours per day may need watering more than once a day.
