    TALLAHASSEE -- Gov. <strong>Rick Scott </strong>signed a total of 36 bills today. Among them are measures setting new standards for cyberbullying; banning the use of electronic funds transfer cards in adult entertainment or gambling facilities; and codifying an agreement between the Department of Environmental Protection and the U.S. Environmental Protection Administration on setting limits on nutrient levels in Florida lakes and rivers.
