  3. DFW Airport looking into new policy favoring taxicabs that use compressed natural gas.

    Officials at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport are looking into a new policy that could affect taxicab drivers who use compressed natural gas.  The star telegram says those vehicles could skip to the front of the line at the airport if the board approves the new policy today.  Airport officials tried to enforce the policy back in 2009, but legal challenges stopped it.  They say the policy is designed to help reduce emissions at DFW. Currently, there are 137 taxicabs using CNG operating at the airport.
