7. Louis C.K. Performs at The Palace Theatre in Stamford on April 5

Louis C.K. is one of our generation's most representative comedians. He's irreverent, boundary-pushing and kind of lazy and grumpy, but in a charming way. He's honest because there's no reason not to be. And he doesn't put up with shit from anybody. You know how ticket agencies charge you all kinds of stupid fees and you have to buy through them because there's no other way to get tickets for stuff? Louis C.K. set it up so that in order to see his show, you have to buy tickets through his site for a flat $45. There's no middle man, and no extra fees. He's popular enough that he can do things like that, and that alone is reason enough to go see him. But he's funny as hell too.

  9. Interview: 'The Call' star David Otunga finds himself in the center of the ring

David Otunga had little time to order food Friday during lunchtime at Howells & Hood in the Tribune Tower — not with his hectic press tour running late and a live TV appearance up next — so the Elgin native and WWE Superstar settled for just a drink.

  19. The Temptations and the Four Tops Play the Palace Stamford on Feb. 6

The Temptations and the Four Tops are two 1960s hit-makers that are playing the one-surviving-original-member game. The Temptations have still got Otis Williams while the Four Tops will feature first tenor Abdul "Duke" Fakir (who is threatening retirement). They'll both be at Stamford's Palace Theatre Wednesday with their current lineups. The Temptations are sure to sing "My Girl," "The Way You Do the Things You Do" and "Ain't Too Proud to Beg." The Four Tops have got "I Can't Help Myself (Sugar Pie Honey Bun)" and "It's the Same Old Song." No matter who's singing them, these are some of the greatest songs of all time, so enjoy.

  23. Sighting: Mike Tyson, Evander Holyfield reunite in Chicago supermarket

Chicago once again played host to a Mike Tyson-Evander Holyfield reunion Saturday, just like it did when the two former boxing rivals appeared on "The Oprah Winfrey Show" in 2009. But rather than reunite in front of a live studio audience, they smiled and hugged at the Jewel-Osco at 1655 E. 95th St.
