  9. Stones Fined For Violating Curfew

<span style=&quot;font-size: small;">Apparently time was not on the side of the Rolling Stones on Sunday when the band raised the curtain on their 50th anniversary tour at the O2 Arena in London. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band was supposed to finish their set by 10:30p but didn&rsquo;t pull the plug until 11:05, something city officials found unsatisfactory. The Stones now face a fine of over $300,000 for playing rock and roll &ndash; and liking it too much.</span>
