    <span style=&quot;font-size: small;">The Pistol Annies captured the #1 spot on the Billboard Country Albums chart this week with their debut, Hell on Heels! Miranda Lambert, Angaleena Presley and Ashley Monroe say the idea to form the band happened by accident. &ldquo;[Angaleena] This whole project kinda got started because&hellip; [Miranda] Because of &lsquo;Beige&rsquo; and &lsquo;Bad Example&rsquo;&hellip; [Angaleena] They had written songs that Miranda knew weren&rsquo;t really for her record, and Ashley knew they weren&rsquo;t for her record.&nbsp;They were like, &lsquo;Well, we&rsquo;re not gonna give these songs away!&nbsp; What are we gonna do?&rsquo; Enter me! [Ashley] Girl band! [laughs]&rdquo;&nbsp;The album sold more than 44-thousand copies its debut week and also landed at #5 on Billboard&rsquo;s Top 200 Chart.&nbsp;Hell on Heels is currently available on iTunes.</span>
