  1. Bon Jovi's Daughter Hospitalized, Facing Drug Charges

    <span style=&quot;font-size: small;">New Jersey rocker Jon Bon Jovi&rsquo;s 19-year old daughter Stephanie Bongiovi was arrested Wednesday morning, charged with drug use and possession, at her college in Upstate New York, police said. In addition, the Kirkland Police Department reported Bongiovi was found unresponsive in her dorm room and transported by ambulance to a nearby hospital after an apparent heroin overdose. Officers dispatched to Bongiovi&rsquo;s Hamilton College dorm room found small amounts of heroin and marijuana and arrested Ian S. Grant, 21, of Red Bank, NJ, and subsequently arrested and charged Bongiovi with criminal possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and criminal use of drug paraphernalia &ndash; all class-A misdemeanors. Both Bongiovi and Grant were released on appearance tickets. Meanwhile, Jon Bon Jovi is scheduled to perform at a concert to benefit Hamilton College&rsquo;s scholarships and arts programs in Times Square on December 5.</span>

  4. Heather Locklear released from LA-area hospital

    THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. - (AP) -- Actress Heather Locklear was released Friday from a hospital after she was treated in the intensive care unit for an unknown ailment. She was discharged in the afternoon, Los Robles Hospital spokeswoman Kris Carraway-Bowman told The Associated Press. The 50-year-old &quot;Melrose Place" actress was hospitalized Thursday. The hospital in the Los Angeles suburb of Thousand Oaks said earlier in the day that Locklear was medically stable and being cared for one-on-one in the ICU. Paramedics transported her from her home in Westlake Village, 35 miles northwest of Los Angeles. Locklear has been hospitalized several times over the years. In 2009, she pleaded no contest to reckless driving after being arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence of prescription medication. Locklear also starred in such TV series as "Dynasty" and "T.J. Hooker." Her engagement to "Melrose Place" co-star Jack Wagner recently ended. She was previously married to Bon Jovi guitarist Richie Sambora, and they have a daughter together.

    Taylor Swift kicked off her four-night run in Newark, New Jersey on Tuesday night. Taylor tweeted after the show, &ldquo;What a crazy, off the hook, bouncy, loud, dancy crowd. I love you, Jersey crowds!&rdquo; The country superstar even had fans at the Prudential Center singing along to Jersey-rocker Bon Jovi&rsquo;s &ldquo;Livin&rsquo; on a Prayer&rdquo; at one point as she segued into her own hit, &ldquo;You Belong with Me&rdquo;. There was one scary moment, though when a floating balcony Taylor was singing on stopped abruptly as it floated over the audience.
