    Every day, this trendy, mixed-cuisine restaurant in Miramar serves $4 well cocktails, $6 Johnnie Walkers and $1 wings for its happy-hour customers. But because Elle's serves Asian, Caribbean and South American food, another bar-bite highlight is the $2 menu. Choose from paella croquetas, frita sliders, empanadas and pork or shrimp tacos. Different premium liquors go on special through the week, such as Grey Goose on Mondays, Patron on Tuesdays, Mount Gay on Wednesdays and Remy Martin and Cointreau on Thursdays. Fridays, Johnnie Walker Black Label costs $6, and Blue Label costs $12 all day.

    Mizner Park's forest-fantasy Italian restaurant and movie-theater combo offers $5 artisanal cocktails in the bar and lounge area during happy hour. Mixologist Adam Seger got his liquor-industry wings learning wines in California and working Chicago's cocktail scene. At Tanzy, his drinks are mixed with herbs grown in the restaurant's garden. Happy-hour spirit choices include Finlandia, Bacardi, Bombay, El Jimador and Johnnie Walker. House wines go for $5, as well, and drafts of Sam Adams, Miller Light and Peroni cost $4. Here, "bar food" means Brussels sprouts and pan-seared calamari, and the dishes cost $8 instead of $10 and $13.
