    <strong>8:30 a.m.-9:15 a.m.</strong> The White Marsh Volunteer Fire Company, Baltimore County fire and police departments, and local elected officials will host a &quot;Brief Ceremony of Remembrance" at the Perry Hall Library, 9685 Honeygo Boulevard.
