    A semi truck crashed into a utility pole at 116th and Allisonville Road in Fishers Monday morning, cutting off power to 1700 Duke Energy customers. According to an eye witness, power lines were dragged at least a half a block during the crash and then came down on top of the cabin where the semi driver was trapped inside for over an hour.
