    <span style=&quot;font-size: small;">Winter weather in March with heavy snow and blowing snow expected to continue across parts of Kansas today.&nbsp; A late season winter storm has arrived this morning with over 8" of snow being reported on the ground in Goodland.&nbsp; This system continues to evolve as it moves out of the Rockies into the Plains today.&nbsp; Across the northern half of the state this system will remain a snow maker, while in the south rain will develop and change to snow.&nbsp; Heaviest snowfall accumulations will be in Northwest and Northeast Kansas where totals could exceed a foot!&nbsp; Elsewhere snow totals will be less however 3-6" reports will be common in the north, while 1-4" amounts are expected south of Highway 50.&nbsp; Winter Storm Warnings and Advisories have been posted for the majority of the state through midday Sunday.&nbsp; Temperatures will remain steady or fall through the afternoon - however remaining in the 20s and 30s.&nbsp; </span>
