    The Houston Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals is urging pet owners to evacuate with their pets if they are impacted by the recent wildfires.  We are still in a high fire danger zone as winds are expected to gust to 30 mph today.  Rain is expected to head our way beginning Tuesday, but forecasters say this will not break the current drought.
