5. Woman Charged With DWI After Toy Truck Getaway

<span style="font-size: small;">You know you’re drunk when…you slam your car into a mobile home and then try to leave the scene on a child’s battery-operated truck! Jamie Jeanette Craft, 29, was arrested on DWI charges in Arkansas after a witness reported she had crashed her 2001 Pontiac Grand Am into his trailer. The man said Craft was dressed in a white sweat shirt with no pants or shoes on and that after the crash, she got into his son’s Power Wheels truck and tried to drive it. 7. No Deal For Lindsay

<span style="line-height: 115%; font-family: 'Arial', 'sans-serif'; color: black; font-size: 12pt;">Los Angeles prosecutors had a telephone meeting with Lindsay Lohan’s lawyer Mark Heller on Wednesday to discuss a plea deal in her lying-to-the-cops case, but no deal was made. Sources say prosecutors insisted that any agreement include a significant amount of time in a residential rehab facility, but Heller turned them down. TMZ claims prosecutors initially demanded LiLo spend 60 days in rehab, but eventually decreased it to 30, but Heller still didn’t budge. Apparently, Heller thinks the deal is a good one, but Lindsay doesn’t. She’s reportedly been telling friends she won’t accept “punishment for something I didn’t do.” If they can’t reach a deal, Lindsay’s case will go to trial March 18th.

  11. Too Drunk To Steal

<span style="font-size: small;">Of all the stupid things you could do when you’re drunk, attempting to hold up a Little Caesar’s is probably towards the top of the list. Ryan Hopkins, 25, was wearing a ski mask and sunglasses when he stumbled into the pizza joint in Illinois last Thursday. But he apparently had a little too much liquid courage to gear him up for the crime. He appeared visibly intoxicated and told an employee, “this is a hold up,” while badly slurring his speech. The employee told him to leave the premises, and Hopkins walked out. He was later picked up by police and charged with public intoxication. He won’t be charged with attempted robbery because he didn’t even have a weapon. We hope it was a sobering experience for him.
