Trace Adkins in 'The Healer'
![<span style="font-size: small;">Acting is nothing new to Trace Adkins. He appeared in The Lincoln Lawyer with Matthew McConaughey earlier this year, and next you’ll see him in the supernatural thriller, The Healer. The film tells the story of twins who become lost in the forest during a camping trip with their father. Trace will play “The Truck Driver,” who transports souls headed to Hades in a big rig from which there is no escape. While acting may seem like a stretch from singing, Trace says music videos prepared him for the job. “Uh, movies are just like music videos. You sit around and wait for ‘em to set up the next shot, and light it, and all that kind of stuff.
