    Floyd Richard Maust, 84, Somerset, Pa., died June 14, 2011, at Somerset Hospital, Somerset. Born July 30, 1926, in Berlin, Pa., son of Benjamin Franklin and Helen Daisy (Emerick) Maust. Preceded in death by parents, infant son Lloyd, brothers Woodrow and Harry Maust, sisters Leona Hendershot, Blance Holt, Viola Farabaugh and Madaline King. Survived by wife the former Mary Louise Brant to whom he was married 64 years, daughters Delores Kurtz of Kings Mountain, Dinah Jerin of Acosta; grandchildren: Tracy Pritts, Richard Beahr, Chad Jerin, Shelby Felker, Laura Sleasman; great-grandchildren: Todd II and Tyler Pritts, Hayley and Luke Beahr, Dalton and Destiny Jerin, Cliff Jr. and Devin Felker, Christine and Jay Sleasman, and great-great-grandson Tristan; sisters and brother: Jeri Thomas, Lois Owens and Reon Maust all of Florida and, Betty Foust of Virginia. Floyd worked until his retirement as a heavy equipment operator for the Local 66. He was a member of Somerset Church of God where he was a member of the Pastor Council and taught Sunday School. Friends received 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at the Hauger-Zeigler Funeral Home, Somerset, and one hour prior to the service at the church which will be conducted 11 a.m. Friday, June 17 at Somerset Church of God, Somerset, with the Bishop M.D. Herring officiating. Interment: Husband Cemetery. Contributions may be made to Somerset Church of God, 1020 West Main St., Somerset, PA 15501. www.haugerzeigler.com
