Dave Williams understands what goes into the process of making a
choice from among several schools.
This January, the Archdiocese of Philadelphia announced that West
Catholic High would be shut down and force Williams and his classmates
to consider other schools.
The school would eventually stay open, but Williams, the football
team's star running back, made the decision to transfer anyway.
Williams made the switch to Imhotep Charter two months ago and will
play his senior season there in the fall. Working through the decision
taught Williams lessons that will help guide him through the college
