GRANGER – Police say a 29-year-old Elkhart County man was arrested on Christmas Day for meth and neglect of a dependent after his 3 and 6-year-old boys were found walking outside his home.
This happened around 3 p.m. in the 53000 block of Sunwood Drive, which is a Granger mailing address. According to police, Kevin Upham was arrested for possession of meth, possession of precursors to manufacture meth and neglect of a dependent.
Upham’s children were taken into protective custody by the Department of Child Services.
