Beginning immediately ... Lincolnway East will be closed to all traffic ... between Byrkit and Capital avenues ... because of additional utility work.
Westbound traffic will be detoured south on Capital Avenue to 12th Street, west on 12th Street to Union Street, north on Union/Church, returning to Lincolnway East.
Eastbound traffic will be detoured in the reverse.
This detour will remain in effect until noon Thursday, April 19.
