ELKHART – A man is recovering after being shot in Elkhart late Monday night.
Around 10 p.m., police were called to the area of Richmond and Congress. There, they found Keefer Lee had suffered a gunshot wound.
Lee was taken to Elkhart General Hospital.
His injuries don’t appear to be life threatening.
Investigators don’t have any information on a possible suspect and are asking the public to contact the Elkhart Police Department at (574) 295-7070 for any tips on the case.
