Criminal charges have been filed against the driver involved in a deadly crash last October in Cass County.
Curtis Stone, Stacey Garza, their 1-year-old son Devin and his grandmother Kathleen Marks all died in the crash along U.S. 12 in Milton Township.
Police say Cecelia Chaney of Niles was eastbound on U.S. 12, just east of Bell Road when she crossed the center line. Her pickup truck hit the car head-on.
Both cars rolled, ended up on their tops and then burst into flames.
Chaney is charged with four counts of moving violation causing death. The maximum penalty for each count is one year in jail and/or $2,000.
Chaney has already turned herself in.
