SOUTH BEND—
Police responded to a report of an armed robbery late Monday night at the Lucky Mart convenience store in the 5300 block of West Western Avenue.An employee of the business told police the robber came into the store just before 11:30 p.m., pointed a gun at him and demanded money.
The robber went behind the counter, and the employee pulled out the cash drawer and gave it to the man, who then left.
No arrests have been made. Police did look at video surveillance of the robbery.
