A third person is now sentenced for the murder of a South Bend man from more than two years ago.
Steven Rice pleaded guilty today to voluntary manslaughter and received a 30-year sentence with 5 years suspended.
His brother pleaded guilty to the same crime and received a 35 years in prison.
Police say the brothers, Brittney Watson, Rene Vasquez and Brandon Rogers were all involved in the murder of Cornelius Miller in November of 2010. He was found dead in the 500 block of South Lombardy.
A jury found Watson guilty of murder. She will be sentenced later this month.
