Working out with kettlebells

Dead lift
Standing with your feet shoulder-width apart and the kettlebell on the floor between your feet, squat to pick up the kettlebell by its handle with both hands. Keep your back flat, folding forward at your hips when you lift the kettlebell up and lower it back to the ground. When you stand, squeeze your glutes and forcefully exhale back to your starting position.
