April Marie Shaw, 26, of Towanda

Heeman, Hicks and Shaw, are charged with possession of items to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of Liquefied Ammonia Gas, Precursor and Chemicals and 2 counts of criminal conspiracy. Shaw was also charged with Theft of a motor vehicle, unauthorized use of a vehicle and violations concerning licenses. <br /><br /> All three were arraigned and placed in Lancaster County Prison on $275,000 cash bail.
