    Pennsylvania  Auditor General Jack Wagner says Pennsylvania has more structurally deficient bridges than any state in the country. On Wednesday, he called for a transportation funding program.   21. U.S. Marshals, Local Police Arrest Harrisburg Shooting Suspect

    Members of the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task assisted by the Dauphin County Crisis Response Team, and local police acting on a tip converged on a Swatara Township hotel Monday morning in search of a shooting suspect.   The suspect, 32 year old Eric Chambers, of Harrisburg, was wanted for a shooting in the city that happened in September 2011. Chambers and a companion surrendered without incident.
