    When 11-year-old Wilnery Polanco-Uben was found hanging behind her bedroom door Monday night,  in the Soundview section of the Bronx, her anguished mother ran screaming to the front door of their building on Croes Avenue.  &quot;She cried, 'Oh God! Oh God! My kid died! My kid died'" recalled the landlady, Kussala Goolcharren.  The landlady remembered Wilnery as a smiling girl, but one neighborhood teen told PIX 11 she'd heard the 11 year old was being bullied at school.
