    The FBI had previously been warned by the Russian government that the 26-year-old Boston bombing terrorist Tamerlan Tsarnaev was being radicalized ("Bombing suspect faces U.S. charges," April 23). The FBI interviewed him and then just opened the door and said have a good day. No further attention was given him by the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Why? When he left the United States and went to Russia in 2012 for six months, there was no questioning of him by the FBI at his return. Why?
