    An Indiana State Police trooper who was punished for fighting with an Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department deputy chief has now filed a lawsuit over the matter. Master Trooper Wayne Billings was suspended for two days without pay in December for using his police authority in a personal matter. He was in a dispute with Deputy Chief William Benjamin over a situation with a mutual female friend.
