1. Impatient Cop Pulls Gun At Drive-Thru

<span style="font-size: small;">We all get cranky when we’re hungry. But a police detective in DeKalb County, Georgia, allegedly grew so impatient at the local McDonald’s drive-thru that he pointed his gun at the other customers. According to police reports, Det. Sgt. Scott Biumi became frustrated with the truck in front of him. So he pulled his Chevrolet Impala in front of the truck, stepped out, and hurled expletives at the driver, 18-year-old Ryan Marsh. Biumi then pulled out his gun and aimed it at Marsh’s head shouting (note content) “You don’t know who you’re ***ing with.” He then holstered his weapon and drove off. Marsh, who happens to be work at the McDonald’s, didn’t know Biumi was a cop – he was off-duty and wearing plain clothes. But Marsh’s friend noticed Biumi’s badge on his belt and the two were able to grab his license plate number. Biumi was arrested at his home and charged with aggravated assault. "It appears that he had a severe break in judgment," said Forsythe County Sheriff Duane K. Piper. "It appears that the entire situation evolved from him being angry at the time it was taking for him to get his food."
